Before any lot or parcel less than 5 acres in area may be conveyed of record, the owner shall file with the City Clerk-Treasurer at least 15 working days before the regular meeting date of the Planning Commission, the following materials:
(A) A completed subdivision application including payment of the application fees;
(B) Ten prints of a preliminary plat completed in compliance with the provision of § 152.046; and
(C) Other supplementary material as enumerated in this chapter.
