§ 31.05 OFFICERS.
   The officers of the Department shall be a Chief and 1 Assistant Chief, a President, a Vice President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer and 3 Trustees, all of which shall be elected at the annual meeting of the Department. Other offices and committees may be provided for in the bylaws. The Chief and his or her Assistant may hold the Offices of President and Vice President, or any other office of the Department.
