§ 114.04 POOL TABLES, BILLIARD TABLES, AND SIMILAR DEVICES.
   (A)   License required. No person or persons shall keep in the City of Madison Lake either directly or indirectly any public billiard table, pool table, pigeonhole table, or bowling saloon or similar device, wherein, whereat or whereon the person or persons shall permit or allow any other person or persons to play at any game of billiards, pool, ten pins, or any other game or games whatsoever without first having obtained a license therefor as hereinafter provided.

   (B)   Hours open. It shall be unlawful for any person licensed to keep and maintain billiard table, pool table, pigeonhole table, bowling alley, or similar device in the City of Madison Lake, to permit the place to remain open between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays and 12:01 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Sundays.

   (C)   Application and issuance. Any person may obtain a license to keep such a billiard table, pool table, pigeonhole table, bowling saloon, or similar device as mentioned in division (A) above, and to permit games to be played thereat and thereon, upon payment into the city treasury of the City of Madison Lake of the required license fee.

   (D)   Term limited. All licenses granted under the provisions of this act shall not extend beyond the annual election of officers of the city next after the granting thereof.
