§ 30.09 TERMS AND TRANSITION.
   As of 1976, 2 Council members shall be elected to 4-year terms to include all proceeding years and as of 1978, 2 Council members shall be elected to 4-year terms to include all proceeding years. The Mayor’s term shall be a 4-year term commencing in 2002 to include all proceeding years.
