(A) All organizations conducting lawful gambling within the City of Madison Lake shall provide the City Clerk-Treasurer with copies of all reports it provided to the Charitable Gambling Control Board. The City Clerk-Treasurer may require the additional documentation as the Clerk-Treasurer may deem reasonably necessary to prove that organizations have met the requirements of the tax and donations sections of this chapter.
(B) The licensed organization shall submit to the City Clerk-Treasurer, a copy of the organization’s State Charitable Tax Return, together with all schedules attached thereto. The State Charitable Gambling Tax Return and schedules shall be filed at the same time that the return required by the city is filed with the City Clerk-Treasurer.
