(A) Each adult use-primary business license shall be issued only to the applicant for only the premises described in the application.
(B) No adult use-primary business license shall be granted to an individual, or entity in the event a principal owner, is under the age of 18.
(C) No adult use-primary business license shall be granted or renewed for operation on any premises without evidence of the legally enforceable right of the owner or proposed owner of the establishment to have or obtain the use and possession of the tract.
(D) No adult use-primary business license shall be granted or renewed for operation on any premises on which taxes, assessments, utility charges, service charges, or other financial claims of the city are delinquent and unpaid.
(E) No adult use-primary business license shall be granted or renewed for operation on any premises located in a zone other than zone I-1A.
(F) No adult use-primary business license shall be granted to an individual, or an entity in the event 1 or more principal owner(s), has been convicted of a specified criminal activity which is a felony.
(G) No adult use-primary business license shall be granted to an individual, or an entity in the event 1 or more principal owner(s), has been convicted of specified criminal activities or had similar adult use licenses, at 1 or more locations, suspended, denied, or revoked, whereby the violations would exceed 10 accumulated points under this code.
(H) No adult use-primary business license shall be granted or renewed to an individual, or an entity in the event 1 or more principal owner(s), has had an adult use-primary business license revoked under the provisions of this chapter within the past 5 years.
