It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to own or operate an adult use(s)-primary at any premises without a valid adult use-primary business license issued by the City Clerk-Treasurer pursuant to this chapter. The applicant or licensee has an affirmative duty to supplement an application with new information received subsequent to the date the application was completed or license was issued.
