(A) The establishment of limits of districts in which storage of flammable or combustible liquids in outside above-ground tanks is to be prohibited. The limits are detailed in Chapter 7510, Minnesota Uniform Fire Code, as it may be amended from time to time. The limits in which new bulk plants for flammable or combustible liquids are prohibited are set forth in § 7510.3650 of the Minnesota Uniform Fire Code, as it may be amended from time to time.
(B) The establishment of limits in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gases is to be restricted. The limits referred to in the Minnesota Uniform Fire Code, in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted, are the heavily populated and the congested commercial areas.
(C) The establishment of limits of districts in which storage of explosives and blasting agents is to be prohibited. The limits referred to in the Minnesota Uniform Fire Code in which storage of explosives and blasting agents is prohibited are in the principal business district, closely-built commercial areas, and heavily populated areas.
