Contractors hired by the City of Madison Lake for the planting, pruning, removal, or other maintenance of trees shall give evidence of possession of liability insurance in the State of Minnesota statutory minimum amount of bodily injury as set by M.S. § 466.04 or death; and property damage indemnifying the city or any person injured or damaged resulting from the pursuit of the endeavor as herein described.
