§ 92.16 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   A person guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Officers of Madison Lake Police or Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Department may, in connection with their duties imposed by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter.
   (C)   Designated park employees may, in connection with their duties imposed by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter and may eject from parks persons acting in violation of this chapter.
   (D)   The City Council, or their authorized representatives, shall have the authority to revoke for good cause any permit issued.
   (E)   The City Council shall have the right to issue administrative rules and regulations that may be established by the City Council as it seems necessary.
   (F)   Nothing in this chapter shall prevent employees or agents of the park system from performing their duties.
   (G)   No persons shall impersonate any employee of the park’s system nor interfere with, harass, nor hinder any employee in the discharge of his or her duties.
   (H)   If any provision of this chapter is held to be invalid, the invalidity shall not affect the validity other provisions of this chapter.
