(A) No persons shall remain within a park within the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. except for fishing on lake access area.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to use any facility or area for which a fee or charge has been established by the City Council without payment of a fee or charge.
(C) The City Council shall not be liable for any loss or injury sustained by a park visitor.
(D) Any park or portion thereof may be declared closed to the public by the City Council, the Public Works Director, or his or her authorized representative, at any time, and for interval of time, or to certain uses, as the City Public Works Director, or his or her authorized representative, shall find it reasonably necessary.
