The purpose of this chapter, which is enacted pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, is to secure the quiet, orderly, and suitable use and enjoyment of public parks, recreation areas, wildlife sanctuaries, trees, historical sites, and public access to lakes, and streams in parks established by City of Madison Lake, and to further the safety, health, comfort, and welfare of all persons in the use thereof.
