§ 150.69 DESTROYING, TAMPERING WITH NUMBERS.
   No person shall take down, without authority, or alter, deface, destroy, or conceal any number on any structure or place, or allow an erroneous number to be placed or remain on the structure owned, occupied, or controlled by him.
