§ 111.24 DISPLAY OF LICENSE.
   Each driver, after having been issued a license to operate, shall display in the taxicab he is operating, a current photograph of himself, along with the driver's name. The name shall be in legible print or type and it, along with the photograph, shall be visible from the backseat of the taxicab.
