§ 111.20 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall operate a taxicab as a driver within the city without having first secured a license to be issued by the Clerk-Treasurer. Each person shall carry the license on his person at all times when operating a taxicab and shall be exhibited to any police officer upon request.
