(A) Each applicant shall also, at the time of filing the application, pay to the City Clerk-Treasurer as an annual fee for the first one or two taxicabs of each cab company, the sum of $100. The applicant shall pay the sum of $50 for the third taxicab, and another $50 for any additional taxicabs.
(B) The cost of any license issued after January 1, of any year, will be prorated and adjusted according to the time remaining in that year.
