§ 100.07 CITY ARBORIST.
   The Tree Board will designate one employee of the City of Madison Street or Park Department as the City Arborist, to serve until he/she resigns or is replaced at their pleasure, all with the concurrence of the designated employee, the department head, and the Mayor.
