§ 99.01 REQUIREMENTS FOR BOWHUNTING.
   (A)   Every person bowhunting within the city limits shall possess and have on his person while hunting a registered hunter education card.
   (B)   Every person bowhunting within the city limits shall obtain annual written permission to hunt from the owner of the land upon which he is hunting, and shall carry the same upon his person while hunting.
