(A) Each owner shall exercise proper care and control of his dog or cat or dogs or cats so as to prevent the following actions by it:
(1) Molesting of passersby;
(2) Chasing of passing vehicles;
(3) Attacking other domestic animals;
(4) Trespassing upon private property or school grounds;
(5) Damaging private or public property;
(6) Habitual barking or loud and continued noise which causes serious annoyance or disturbance to the neighborhood; and
(7) Defecation upon private or public property unless the owner of the dog or cat promptly cleans up after the dog or cat.
(B) Each owner shall exercise proper care and control of his dog(s) or cat(s) so as to prevent unnecessary foul or noxious odors which offend people in the neighborhood.
(C) Failure to abide by this section shall be grounds for the issuance of a citation subjecting the owner or owners to the penalties provided in § 91.99.
