§ 98.01  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PERSON. Any individual, corporation, partnership, firm, business, association, public or private institution, group, agency, or any legal successor, representative, or agent of the foregoing.
