It is a violation of this section, and prohibited by this chapter, to authorize, permit, maintain, or play at a video gaming terminal, except where a video gaming terminal and the location, have a valid and current annual Class A or Class C liquor license issued by the City of Madison and where said terminal is otherwise compliant with Illinois Gaming Board regulations and compliant with ILCS Ch. 230, Act 50, §§ 5 et seq.
