Every license issued hereunder shall describe with sufficient detail for identification purposes the machine for which it is issued and shall be placed in a conspicuous place near the machine so that the license shall be easily and quickly readable and the machine identified, and no device or a machine shall be played, operated, maintained or used in the premises unless and until this provision is complied with. Licenses may be summarily revoked by the Mayor for a violation of this or any other provisions of this subchapter.
