For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AUTOMATIC AMUSEMENT GAME. Any device by which any game of any kind is played in, or by means of any type of mechanical machine which is operated by depositing therein a coin or token.
MECHANICAL MUSICAL DEVICE. Any device for producing, reproducing or playing musical selections or numbers, either vocal or instrumental, or both, which is operated by depositing therein a coin or token. It shall also mean and include any device which is operated mechanically to render definite musical selections or numbers selected by the operators or others, as aforesaid, after the direct or indirect payment therefor.
