Any person, firm or corporation who is an operator of one or more vending machines in the city, who by contract, agreement or ownership takes responsibility for furnishing, installing, servicing, operating or maintaining one or more vending machines shall first make application with the City Clerk for a vending machine operator’s license. The annual license fee shall be $250, payable on the date of application and due annually thereafter on the anniversary date of the application.
