Pursuant to ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-6-10, parties defined in said legislation shall be charged for volunteer fire protection assistance services at a rate of $250 per hour for apparatus and $70 per hour per firefighter responding to a call for assistance. An additional charge may be levied to reimburse the district for extraordinary expenses of material used in rendering suck services. No charge shall be made for services for which the total amount would be less than $50.
