§ 37.050  COMPLIANCE PROCEDURES.
   (A)   The Mayor and City Council shall allow alcohol and tobacco compliance check procedures to be in full force and affect upon passage.
   (B)   A suitable copy of this shall be forwarded to the Chief of Police and Patrol Commander.

   (C)   The city shall adopt appropriate drug and alcohol abuse policies.
