§ 37.039  CREDIT CARD FEES.
   The greater of the following fees be charged on payments or charges made for city fees, goods and services paid by credit card:
   (A)   2.25% of the cost of the fees and charges (per transaction); or
   (B)   A minimum of $1 per transaction.
