(A) The Administrator, at his or her discretion, may waive the requirements for submission of all other plans except the final plat for all minor subdivisions. For a subdivision to be considered minor, it must meet the requirements identified in
§ 156.06.
(B) The following procedures must be met for all proposed minor subdivisions:
(1) The Administrator may waive without a variance request the requirement of submission of all other plans except the final plat. The final plat of a minor subdivision shall comply with the procedural and substantive provisions of
§ 156.53. In such cases, pertinent data required by the Administrator to adequately review the proposed subdivision shall be submitted to the Administrator.
(2) If the requirement for submission of all other plans except the final plat has not been waived, the applicant shall prepare and submit all data required for a preliminary and final plat as identified in this chapter.
