For the purposes of this code the entire municipality is hereby divided into the following zoning districts:

R-3 Multiple-Family Residence District
R-4 Planned Residential District
Business Districts
B-1 Neighborhood Business District
B-2 Community Business District
B-3 Planned Business District
B-4 Limited Business District
Industrial District
I-1 Industrial District
