§ 111.08  MAYOR, AS LOCAL COMMISSIONER, TO ADMINISTER CHAPTER.
   The Mayor shall be known as the Local Liquor Control Commissioner of the city, and shall be charged with the administration of this chapter. Any license issued shall be signed by the Mayor and counter-signed by the City Clerk and the City Comptroller and issued under the City Seal.
