Each and every violation of this chapter shall constitute a distinct and separate offense, and any person found guilty of violating this chapter or any of the provisions thereof shall be subjected to a fine of not to exceed $750. Each day of the continued violation shall constitute a separate additional violation. Nothing herein shall limit any other right or remedy of the city or other person in interest, including the right to obtain an injunction of any violation from a court of competent jurisdiction.
