It is the declared policy of the Mayor and City Council that mobile homes, when constructed, installed and used as places of residence within the city, shall conform as much as possible and comply with those ordinances of the city and other applicable laws of the state as those applicable to the conventionally constructed dwelling houses governed by the usual building codes and minimum housing standards.
