§ 132.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates § 132.21 is guilty of a crime and upon conviction may be fined not more than $750 nor less than $25.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 132.30 or 132.31 shall be fined not less than $50 or more than $750 for each and every violation therein.
