§ 132.22  CIVIL FORFEITURE.
   All drug paraphernalia as defined in § 132.20 shall be subject to forfeiture under the Illinois Revised Statutes, including but not limited to the Drug Paraphernalia Control Act, ILCS Ch. 720, Act 600, §§ 1 et seq.
