Any telecommunications provider who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 124.01 through 124.07 shall be subject to a fine not more than $750 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
