§ 121.04 SCALES OF LICENSEE.

The scales of licensees and the fuel handled by each licensee operating under the provisions of this chapter shall, at all reasonable times, be subject to the inspection of the inspector of weights and measures or by an inspector of the quality of the fuel handled by a licensee.
