§ 120.10 PURCHASE FROM INTOXICATED PERSONS.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation licensed under the provisions of this chapter to buy, barter or otherwise obtain any article from any person who is intoxicated, or from any minor, without the written consent of his or her parents or custodians.
