§ 119.07 MINIMUM AGE TO PURCHASE TOBACCO.

It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to purchase tobacco products of the license to engage, employee or permit any person under 18 years of age to sell tobacco products on any vendor’s premises.
