The city Health Officer, any member of the Board of Health or any member of the Police Department shall have the right, at all times, to enter the health club in order to make an inspection and record of the condition of any health club as they may deem necessary, and if the inspection discloses a lack of conformity with the provisions of this subchapter, the city Health Officer shall require changes, alterations or renovations as may be necessary to make the health club comply with the provisions of this subchapter.
