§ 117.22  APPLICATION.
   Any person, firm or corporation desiring to establish, maintain or operate a health club, as defined in this subchapter, shall make application in writing for a license to do so in accordance with the provisions of § 117.20.  It shall thereupon become the duty of the city Health Officer to make or cause to be made an examination of the place described in the application for the purpose of ascertaining whether the lighting, ventilation, sanitary arrangement and equipment of the health club conforms to the requirements of all the applicable ordinances of the city.  The city Health Officer shall endorse his or her approval on the application and deliver the same to the Mayor for his or her approval.
