(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 116.02, 116.06(B), 116.08(F), or 116.09(D) shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $200 for each offense; and each day that any violation of this section shall occur shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
