§ 110.08  TERM OF LICENSE.
   Whenever any license is applied for after May 1 in any year, the same, if granted, shall be issued to the person, firm or corporation applying therefore, upon the applicant paying therefor the number of 12 parts the sum fixed for a yearly license equal to the number of months which will elapse between the date of the application for the license and the day when the license is made to expire.  In determining the price to be paid, the month in which the application is made shall be counted and included in the number of months to elapse.  In case application for is made after the expiration of six months of the current fiscal year, the license shall be issued only upon payment of one-half of the annual fee.
