If any owner or occupier of any soap factory, candle factory, oil factory, glue factory, hemp factory, varnish factory, porkhouse, sausage house, lard house or place where lead is corroded by manure, shall permit the same to remain unclean or conduct their business to the annoyance of the citizens of the city, or any of them, the same shall be deemed a nuisance.
