For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
NUISANCE. Every act or thing done, made, permitted, allowed or continued on any property, public or private, by any person, his or her agent or servant, to the damage or injury of any of the inhabitants of the city shall be deemed a NUISANCE unless otherwise provided for herein.
