§ 91.23  FEES AND DEPOSITS.
   (A)   The fee for the permits shall be $20.
   (B)   No permit shall be issued unless and until the applicant therefor has deposited with the Office of the Building Inspector a bond in the sum of $500 to insure the proper restoration of the ground and laying of the pavement, if any.
