§ 91.03  OBSTRUCTING STREETS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or entity to obstruct vehicular traffic on any street in the city, except as otherwise provided by city ordinances or state law.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or entity to stand, sit or remain on or within six feet of the traveled portion of any sidewalk or street and solicit or attempt to solicit employment, business or contributions from any pedestrian or any occupant of any vehicle on any sidewalk or street, as the case may be, except as otherwise provided by city ordinances or state law.
