Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $750. Each day a violation is continued or is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as set forth herein. A violator of this chapter shall also be responsible for the costs of impoundment, towing and hauling away.
