Judicial review of final determinations of vehicular standing, parking or compliance violation(s) and final administrative decisions issued after hearing(s) regarding vehicle immobilization or towing and impoundment made under the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of the Administrative Review Act, as set forth in ILCS Ch. 735, Act 5, §§ 3-101 et seq., incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference.
