§ 72.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, company, syndicate or association and/or any owner, servant, agent or employee thereof who violates any terms or provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, pay a minimum sum of $25 and a maximum sum of $750 for each offense.
