§ 36.27  IMPACT ON EXISTING ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION SYSTEMS.
   This subchapter shall not affect the validity of systems of administrative adjudication that were authorized by state law, including the municipality’s ordinances, and in existence prior to the effective date of this subchapter.
